By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About our products

We sell gadgets, electronics, gaming accessories, home products, audio products, wearables and related goods.

We aim to ensure descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate. Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting or minor manufacturing updates.

Packaging may differ from images without affecting the essential features of the product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

Certain products may carry their own minimum-age recommendation.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase.

After ordering, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order.

We may reject or cancel an order if:

Payment cannot be authorised
The product is unavailable
The price or description contained an obvious error
We suspect fraud or misuse
Delivery is unavailable to the address provided

If payment has already been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling.

The price shown at checkout is the price payable, including applicable taxes where stated.

Standard UK shipping is free.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the methods available at checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

6. Delivery

Estimated processing and delivery periods are provided on our Shipping & Returns page and may vary by product.

Products may be dispatched directly by international suppliers and may arrive in separate parcels.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days as required by UK consumer law.

7. Cancellation and returns

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Faulty or misdescribed products

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.

9. Blind-box products

Blind boxes contain one randomly selected design. The specific design remains unknown until opened.

Receiving a design the customer does not prefer, or receiving a duplicate, is not by itself a product fault.

This does not affect statutory rights where the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

10. Intellectual property

All website content, including the GEAR2DOOR name, logo, design, text and original images, is owned by or licensed to GEAR2DOOR.

Content may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

Third-party brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Website availability

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website without notice.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from technical errors.

12. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions. The version in force when an order is placed will apply to that order.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where the customer resides.

Customers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable UK consumer law.

Payment security

Payment details are processed securely by our authorised payment providers. GEAR2DOOR does not directly store your complete card number or security code.

Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in Pounds Sterling — GBP (£) unless clearly stated otherwise.

When payment is taken

Payment is normally authorised or collected when the order is placed.

An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully accepted and you have received an order confirmation.

For your security, we cannot override a decision made by your card issuer or payment provider.

Discount codes

Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Codes cannot normally be applied after an order has been completed.
